The neighborhood community of Quinwood is located on the southeast side of Plymouth off of 26th avenue between W Medicine Lake Boulevard and highway 55. Quinwood is an older neighborhood community featuring great homes and a scenic wooded environment with mature trees. The neighborhood consists of 90 single family homes featuring rambler, ranch, and split level housing styles with prices ranging from $150,000 to $350,000. Quinwood is an excellent community with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly atmosphere, and excellent location.

Quinwood boasts great location within close proximity to numerous amenities within Plymouth. Residents of the community have easy access to a wide variety of shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including French Regional Park, West Medicine Lake Park, Heritage Park, Parkers Lake Park, Rockford Plaza, and Plymouth City Center. Residents of Quinwood are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education designed to inspire them and help them excel. The closest school to Quinwood is Sunset Hill Elementary School. Sunset Hill Elementary serves 580 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade providing an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Birchview Elementary School, Central Middle School,  Wayzata East Middle School, Wayzata High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
